Uniting Forces, Advancing Together

Every day when I come to work, I think about “how can I cooperate with Unipec to help improve processes, solve and find solutions to operational problems”. I am humbled and proud to witness the success of our pipeline team. We started the team from scratch facing many challenges and we are a successful team currently. I contributed by building internal processes, and training employees to reach their potential. They have demonstrated they work with excellence following our internal procedure to ensure pipeline operations run smoothly. Our key to success is focusing on our strengths and weaknesses and working for a common goal and the best interest of Unipec America.

It has been a privilege and truly inspiring to witness the growth and strength of Unipec America. When I first joined, we were a team of just 12 and today we have grown into an organization of dedicated employees. I’ve seen firsthand the intelligence, the hard work, passion and integrity that our colleagues from China bring to the table. Their dedication has motivated me to stand alongside them, united by a share purpose: to proudly represent Sinopec here in the United Sates and continue dreaming of a better future for us locals and our Chinese colleagues.

I am working with back office as our business continues to grow, we need to discuss the challenges we face as new Shippers on various pipelines. The future is exciting as the pipeline business is just getting started and this motivates me to continue working towards a greater future with Unipec America.
